We as an industry very often represent strong brands, our companies have high public profiles and all of us have vast consumer- and guest interaction. In other words; all eyes are on us. Especially when it comes to acting responsibly, in relation to guests, employees and the communities we are part of.
Safety is at the core of this mission. But it does not end here. Because todays promise on safety is tomorrows commitment to development, that does not compromise the future of our industry. Safety starts with a culture of safety, both with staff and visitors, and this is the most cost effective way of ensuring safety.
