Case study of how uShaka Marine World embarked on a journey that was part of their new business strategy covering guest and employee value propositions. The implementation of the two key focus areas was part of a drive to enhance footfall and revenue generation in the Park as part of business growth; and it was to address key challenges identified through a SWOT analysis; that pre-empted this redefined strategy.
